“Staff” tab:
On this tab you can add users to your admin panel and give them certain permissions. Most likely, in the beginning, this list will be empty or it will be only you Panel Owner’s permissions. Let's try to add someone here. To do this, click on the gray plus icon in the upper right corner of the User field. We get here:
To give a user certain permissions, he has to be registered on the platform. Enter his email address and define his role. Depending on which role you choose, certain rights will be selected in each area. Remember that the permissions settings are quite flexible and you can manage them as you want. Do not forget to save your changes. Next, the user will appear in the general list of users.
You can change a particular user's permissions at any time, or deactivate his account. In any case, you can restore it later by simply clicking the activate button.
“Audit log” tab looks like that:
The “Audit log” tab is necessary when disputes with users arise. There are situations when users ask for a refund due to various circumstances. The “Audit log” tab allows you to see and confirm the payment of this or that user. When they perform some actions on the platform, they are displayed in this tab. Consequently, the specified information about users is saved here, so the data is more complete.
